- Start by restarting your phone. Background processes often cause apps to crash, and a simple restart usually fixes the issue.
- Open the Google Play Store or App Store and search for Bettery. If you see an "Update" button, tap it. Older versions often stop working with newer servers.
- Go to Settings → Apps → Bettery → Storage → "Clear Cache". This clears accumulated cache data from the app, which is often the root cause of issues.
- Check your internet connection — if mobile data is off or your Wi-Fi signal is weak, the app may fail to load.
- If none of the above steps work, uninstall the app and do a fresh download and install. Download page to get the latest version.
- Betting history: Go to Profile → "My Bets" or "Bet History". You'll find the date, match, stake amount, odds, and result (won/lost/ongoing) for every bet.
- Transaction History: Go to Profile → "Wallet" or "Transaction History". Deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits are all listed here.
Use the filter options to find records from a specific date. The last 6 months of records are visible by default; for anything older, simply contact support and they'll provide it.

- Mobile Number — any active number from a Bangladeshi operator. Your OTP will be sent to this number.
- Name — Your full name (in Bengali or English).
